Refund Policy

If Cloak is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No complicated conditions. If you bought it and it is not working out, email us within 30 days and we will refund you.

Email us from the address you used to buy Cloak and include your order details:

• Email [email protected].
• Put "Refund" in the subject line.
• Include your license key or the receipt or order number from your purchase email.

You do not have to explain why, but if something went wrong we would genuinely like to know so we can fix it.

We process approved refunds within a few business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Once your refund is issued, your license is cancelled and you agree to stop using Cloak and remove it from your Macs. You can always buy it again later.

After the 30-day window we generally do not offer refunds, but if you hit a genuine problem with the app, reach out anyway. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do what is fair.
